Discovery: Conceptual
From our first meeting, we begin the process of tailoring your new home/remodel specifically to your family’s lifestyle. We look at how you use your home on weekdays, weekends, and for entertaining. We look at simple things: - Are there young children in need of imaginative play spaces?
- Older children or parents coming and going?
- A need for future expansion or special needs?
- Any beloved pets?
- Does anyone have telecommuting needs?
- Any interests/hobbies/collections that require custom spaces?
- Dreaming of an alluring alcove in which to relax, unwind, renew?
Specifics: The Textures
Next we overlay the types of materials that blend the basis of your home/remodel with your likes and dislikes. We look for ways to add comfort, color, light, flow, and atmosphere. We look for better ways to utilize space.
We get you thinking about your home and your space in ways that you never have before.
Design/Build: Why?
The Design/Build method is a recognized industry standard that takes an integrated approach to designing and building. The project is managed by our NCC team–of which you are the most valued member–from start to finish, ie., from architectural design through the close. We have found that combining the designing and building processes yields better results and lower costs.
